Adjustable dumbbell and barbell set, 15 kg

The adjustable dumbbell set includes 8 weight plates, two dumbbell bars, a connecting bar and 4 locking nuts. The set can be used as two dumbbells or connected to form a barbell.

The metal bars have non-slip grips. The plates are coated with HDPE plastic. The set is designed for arm, shoulder, chest and back strength training.
