Dumbbell and barbell set "Lion 40", 40 kg

The Lion 40 adjustable dumbbell and barbell set is designed for strength, full-body and body pump training. It can be used in three ways: as classic dumbbells, a barbell or combined dumbbells with a barbell head. The adjustable load allows you to choose the right weight for your training, and the maximum weight of the set is 40 kg.

The weight plates are filled with bitumen and covered with a plastic coating. It protects the plates from damage when in contact with the floor and dampens sound. The two profiled handles are covered with non-slip material, and the 130 cm long connector is covered with soft foam. Threaded clamps help secure the plates and adjust the load.
