The plyometric box is designed for functional and plyometric training exercises at home, in the office or in the gym. It allows you to choose one of three heights: 51, 61 or 76 cm.

The box is made of 1.8 cm thick beech wood, has internal reinforcements and integrated handles. It is delivered ready to use, so no assembly is required. Maximum load is 120 kg.
