Adjustable height boxing stand with ball for training in various martial arts, including English, French and Thai boxing, freestyle wrestling and taekwondo.

Chrome-plated metal rod with spring and four ball height positions allow you to choose a height of 126-144 cm. The weighted base can be filled with water (13 kg) or sand. The ball cover is made of synthetic leather, and the set includes a pair of boxing gloves and an air pump.
