The mini elliptical trainer is designed to activate the time spent sitting at home. It has passive and active modes, adjustable intensity and is designed for use while sitting.

In automatic mode, one of 12 speed levels is selected, and in active mode, one of 7 resistance levels. The LED display shows the training time, distance, speed and calories burned. Modes and pedal direction can be changed using the remote control.
